Today I finished my master’s program at university and graduated! So now I can call myself Master of Science. The rest of the week is reserved for party!

Currently I am a little bit short on time because I have to prepare for my final exam (Master’s degree) and I am preparing for quite difficult courses. My thesis presentation about my stress analysis software is the easiest thing. The topics about wireless sensor networks and advanced data engineering (data mining, genetic algorithms,…) are a bit tricky, but I’ll be well prepared – hopefully.

This week I got the date for my interview with Amazon.com, it’s on July 13 and I’ll go to the U.S. on July 11. Pictures and a report will follow when I get back until then there will be no post.

So check my blog on the July 16 for my trip report and the result of my final exam!

As the title shows I’ve got an in-person interview with Amazon. I almost stopped hoping  and today I received a mail, that I have passed the telephone interview stage. I am so happy, that I may cannot sleep tonight. I’ll use the time to do some studies for my final exam. I also finished my master thesis today.

I’ll provide information about the questions after the interview, as well as some photos.

Stay tuned.

As I am currently waiting for information about my applications at Amazon and Microsoft, I am going to join a project based on Microsoft Surface to get some experience and earn some monkey – life is expensive. The project has a marketing background, but I have not received further details yet. I’ll post some information on that later.

The next weeks I’ll use to complete – mainly corrections and bug fixes – my master thesis (deadline: June 28) and to prepare for my birthday party – a quarter century and all my friends expect a big party. Photos and a report will find their way to this blog and my Facebook site.

So stay tuned.

Today I did an interview about my EMS Stress Analyzer- at ServusTV on the show “Gut Leben”. I really enjoyed the day at the TV station, there were very friendly and it was a relaxed atmosphere. I hope I did a good job, I have not seen my interview yet, but they will post it on their homepage (link follows).

Stay tuned.
